Eat-n-Lose Online Class

I will be hosting a 6 week on online class for the ketogenic lifestyle, called Eat-n-Lose. This will be a private, intimate group of wonderful people, on the same path as you, offering encouragement and support in a safe setting.

This is an informative and interactive class. You will receive great information and have a chance to ask all your questions as well as hear from other members.  This class is very informative, uplifting, and provides motivation and enthusiasm not found anywhere else!

I normally host this class live in my Connecticut office, but have decided to host it online to accommodate people who live outside of the state. Grab yourself a cup of coffee, join for camaraderie, support and fun! Best of all, Eat-n-Lose!weight loss

This class is designed for those:

1.  New to the ketogenic lifestyle, who need personalized help with macronutrient calculations, ideas on what to eat and how to incorporate additional fat into their diet.

2.  Who have been on the diet but need moral group support or help moving beyond weight loss plateaus or stalls.

3. Studies show that people lose more weight when they participate in a group. Don’t under estimate the power of a group:  you will have your very own coach and cheer team!

4. Who want to know the facts about the ketogenic lifestyle. There is so much misinformation on the web and it can be confusing. I will help you to separate facts from fiction.

5. Who know what to do but need accountability.

Weekly Topics

Depending on the needs of the group the topics listed will include:

1. Metabolism basics: Learn why fats and not carbohydrates, are the best fuel for the mind and body.

2. What are macros? Learn what they are and how to calculate them. Learn what low carb, moderate protein, and high fat really mean.

3. Micronutrients and supplementation: Am I nutrient deficient? What supplements do I need and how much?

4. Medical testing: Become you own health advocate! Learn the basics of routine blood work. Learn what blood tests doctors don’t routinely order, but should because they provide much more information on the actual state of your health. Learn how to bypass your doctor and order these tests yourself.

5. Weight loss plateaus (stalls): How to systematically tease out what is causing those very frustrating plateaus.  How to resume weight loss.

6. One free session with me: a one-on-one personal consultation to discuss your personal needs, goals and concerns.  These sessions are perfect for those who have information they would like to discuss outside of a group setting.

Cost

If you were to book 6 weekly appointments with me in my office, it would cost $465.  I’m not going to charge you $465 for this class.  I’m not even going to charge you $100.
